Servpro Liars...
We've lived in our new home for a year in half and our air conditioner had a faulty valve of some sort & had been leaking pretty much the entire time we lived there. That was fixed but the wood under our ac unit in the attic had become wet and actually came through the ceiling in our kitchen. Not a huge spot or anything coming falling down. Thank gosh it was covered under home warranty still, so they called Servpro out, the 2 techs came out looked at it and quickly started to tell me that he saw black on the wood & not good & highly recommends getting a mold test done in the house. It never even crossed my mind to ask about mold or get it tested, they sprayed our wood w/ some stuff & continued to tell me the whole time while there that it NEEDED a mold test & called his office in front of me to tell them to contact me about it. Well I called there office the next day because I never heard from them and that's when it all went shady. I had to finally talk to the owner to get any where with them & she never even called me back. The supervisor of the 2 guys that came out called my husband and told him pretty much that I was a liar & crazy & that we didn't need a mold test done & that his guys never said anything about mold. Mind you he never saw my house, they found out that it was a warranty issue & they wouldn't get paid for the mold test probably. My husband finally went up & looked all over & never saw anything black either. I never received a call back from the owner. My husband basically had to stick up for me & tell him your guys & him are changing the story suddenly & she was told to mold test repeatedly that day. They had left a fan at our house to dry out the water & were suppose to pick it up and spray 1 more time 4 days later. I left work to meet them, 20 min late I called the office & she called the tech & called me back to tell me that they were still going to be another hour or so before they got there. Never thought to call the customer & tell me that either. Horrible customer service and just looking to lie to a woman (that also happen to be 4 months pregnant at the time) to get money. I do not recommend them, or if you do & they mention mold...get a second opinion.
