Servpro Overcharge - Servpro

Servepro was at my house after hurricane sandy. I was repeatedly assured that I would not be charged more than my insurance company would pay as they ( Servpro ) were bound by FEMA rules as to what they could charge. Relying on Servpro's word that I would be completely reimbursed because they had pre approved the amount with my insurance company I paid my bill in full. My insurance company disallowed almost $3,000 of the expenses and said that Servpro was not allowed per FEMA regulations to charge for those services. I have tried to resolve this with servpro but have not gotten anywhere. The bill was for over 12,000
