Awful service from servpro - Water damage cleanup

My experience with Servpro of Augusta was simply horrible. They were rude, not just the field crews, but the management and everyone I spoke with were downright mean. Incompetence is too nice of a word. They actually caused damage, overcharged me and didnt do anything but move some fans around. Their billing dept is top notch, except for the fact that they lost not one, but two checks, then filled a freaking lawsuit for the money. They have their money and should be glad that I am not the type to sue. Don't take a chance, use someone else
